Sodding Services

Sod installation for the lawn areas agreed in your estimate. This service includes soil preparation and laying sod within the confirmed project scope. Request an assessment before purchasing so the area, preparation and sod requirements can be established.

What's included

• Soil preparation specified in your approved quote.
• Sod installation in the agreed lawn areas.

Confirm sod variety, quantity, supply and delivery in your estimate. Removal of existing grass, added soil, grading, cleanup and disposal are included only if specifically agreed. Sod needs appropriate aftercare; installation does not guarantee immediate establishment.

Pricing

Pricing varies by property and scope. The displayed price applies to the agreed service arrangement, not every sod project. Coverage area, sod variety and quantity, existing conditions, preparation, access, labor, delivery and disposal may affect your quote. Confirm the total and what this payment covers before checkout.

Before booking

Request an estimate if your project has not already been assessed. Share your address, recent photos, approximate area measurements and any access limitations. An onsite assessment may be needed to confirm site suitability and preparation. Discuss watering and aftercare responsibilities before installation.
