Services

General Grass Lawn Care provides lawn care, landscaping, yard cleanup, leaf removal, hauling, and related outdoor property services. Service availability may vary based on scheduling, weather conditions, staffing, and location.

Estimates and Pricing

All quotes and estimates are based on the information provided at the time of evaluation. Pricing may change if:

  • property conditions differ from expectations

  • additional labor or materials are required

  • project scope changes

  • excessive overgrowth, debris, or obstacles are present

Final pricing will be communicated before additional work is completed whenever possible.

Scheduling and Weather

Appointments and service dates are subject to weather, safety conditions, equipment availability, and scheduling adjustments. General Grass Lawn Care reserves the right to reschedule services due to rain, severe weather, unsafe conditions, or operational issues.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • providing accurate property information

  • securing pets before service

  • ensuring access to gates and service areas

  • identifying underground hazards, hidden objects, or irrigation systems

General Grass Lawn Care is not responsible for damage caused by unmarked hazards, hidden obstacles, or inaccessible areas.

Payments

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to charge late fees or suspend future services for unpaid balances.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • credit/debit card

  • electronic payment

  • online invoice payment

  • cash or other approved methods

Cancellations

Customers should provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Repeated cancellations or missed appointments may result in refusal of future service.

  • scheduling

  • appointment reminders

  • estimates

Limitation of Liability

General Grass Lawn Care is not liable for:

  • pre-existing property damage

  • damage caused by hidden or unmarked hazards

  • delays caused by weather or circumstances outside our control

  • indirect or incidental damages arising from service use
