Landscape Maintenance

Landscape maintenance for the planting areas and tasks agreed in your estimate. Discuss trimming, pruning, weeding and seasonal cleanup based on what your property needs. Confirm the work and visit frequency before purchasing; this listing is not an unlimited year-round maintenance package.

What's included

• Trimming and pruning specifically identified in your agreed scope.
• Weeding in the agreed landscape areas.
• Seasonal cleanup tasks listed in your quote.

Not every visit includes every task. Confirm cleanup and disposal requirements in your estimate. Lawn mowing, new planting, mulch installation and additional landscape work are included only if specifically agreed.

Pricing

Pricing varies by property and scope. The displayed price applies to the agreed service arrangement, not every property. Landscape area, plant size, overgrowth, access, labor and disposal may affect your quote. Confirm what this payment covers, including the number of visits and any recurring payment arrangement, before checkout.

Before booking

Request an estimate if your property has not already been assessed. Share recent photos, the areas needing attention and your preferred maintenance frequency. Identify plants you want preserved. An onsite assessment or initial cleanup may be needed before ongoing maintenance begins.
